How to make and add stickers to Telegram

Create a clean static pack in Stizone, open Telegram's official import flow, and finish the pack inside Telegram without confusing a personal import with a public shared set.

Stizone's My Stickers Telegram action is designed for compatible static packs. It hands your prepared images to Telegram's official importing interface. Telegram then creates a new pack for the Telegram user who completes the import.

Important limitationAnimated WebP stickers from Stizone are not supported by this Telegram import flow. Telegram uses other formats for animated and video stickers. Use a static My Stickers pack here.

1. Prepare clear static artwork

Choose subjects that still read at a small size. A transparent background, a strong silhouette, and a restrained white outline usually work well across light and dark chat themes. Avoid tiny text and thin details.

Telegram's official import documentation accepts static PNG or WebP with transparency, up to 512 KB, with maximum dimensions of 512×512 and at least one side at 512 pixels. Every sticker also needs at least one related emoji. Stizone prepares its supported static export, while Telegram completes and validates the import.

2. Build the pack in Stizone

  1. Tap the center + button in Stizone.
  2. Choose Photo → Sticker, DIY Sticker, or Draw Sticker.
  3. Make the main expression large, clean the edges, and save the sticker.
  4. Create or choose a static pack in My Stickers.
  5. Add enough reactions to make the pack useful, then review every sticker in My Stickers.

If the pack contains animated stickers, create a separate static pack for Telegram instead of mixing types.

3. Add the pack to Telegram

  1. Open My Stickers and select the compatible static pack.
  2. Choose the Telegram action.
  3. If prompted, allow Stizone to open Telegram.
  4. Review the stickers in Telegram, assign or confirm an emoji for each sticker, and finish creating the pack.
  5. Open a Telegram chat, open the sticker panel, and send a few stickers to test the result.

Each import creates a new Telegram pack for the importing user. Repeating the import can create another pack, so edit and check the Stizone pack before starting again.

4. Personal import versus shared Telegram pack

Stizone's on-device importer is for bringing your own custom stickers into your Telegram account. It is not the correct way to publish one shared set for many people. Telegram explicitly recommends using its official @stickers bot when you want to create a shareable set and distribute its link.

Some curated packs in Stizone Explore can already open a real shared Telegram pack link. That is a different flow: Stizone opens the existing Telegram set instead of importing your local My Stickers files.

5. Troubleshooting

  • Telegram does not open: install or update Telegram, then retry from the pack detail screen.
  • The action is unavailable: confirm the pack is static and that the current Stizone build includes Telegram support.
  • A sticker is rejected: simplify it, remove corruption or excessive file size, save it again, and retry.
  • You need a public link: use Telegram's @stickers bot rather than repeating the personal import.

Frequently asked questions

Can Stizone import animated WebP stickers to Telegram?

No. Stizone's Telegram import supports compatible static packs. Telegram's animated and video formats are different.

Does the import make my Stizone pack public?

No. It creates a Telegram pack for the importing Telegram user. Your local My Stickers pack remains private in Stizone.
