Terms of Use

These Terms describe Stizone 2.1.0 and its current services. Store terms and applicable consumer law may also apply.

1. About Stizone

Stizone (“we,” “us,” or “our”) is a mobile app that lets you create stickers with Sticker Maker, DIY Emoji, Draw Sticker, and GIF Maker; keep them privately in My Stickers on your device; add supported packs to WhatsApp; and browse a curated catalog of sticker packs in Explore. By downloading, installing, or using Stizone, you agree to these Terms of Use.

Stizone is a curated sticker catalog, not a public creator marketplace. Normal accounts — Premium or not — cannot publish a pack that becomes publicly visible in Explore; only Stizone’s own admin team publishes Explore packs. Regular account activity and private backups are not publicly browsable.

2. Accounts

You do not need an account to create, edit, or export stickers, or to add supported packs to WhatsApp. Creating a free account is required only for account-backed features: Liking a pack, seeing your Used pack history, Premium, and Premium Cloud Backup. Where available, you may sign in using Google Sign-In or another supported provider.

You are responsible for maintaining access to your account and for any activity that happens through it. If we determine an account has been used to violate these Terms — for example, abusing the pack-report system or a verified rights complaint — we may restrict or terminate that account’s access. You can delete your account and its associated server-side data at any time from Settings → Delete Account in the app, or, if you can no longer sign in, by submitting a request through our Account Deletion page.

Account deletion does not cancel a Google Play or App Store subscription. You must manage or cancel an active subscription separately in the store that bills you.

3. Content you create or import

Stickers, images, and packs you create or privately import into My Stickers are yours to make and keep. This content stays on your device (and, if you use Premium Cloud Backup, in your own private backup storage) — we do not manually review or moderate your private My Stickers content, and we do not claim ownership over it.

You agree not to use Stizone to create, import, or export content that:

• Infringes someone else’s copyright or trademark
• Violates someone else’s privacy or publicity rights
• Otherwise violates applicable law

You are responsible for content you create or import, including making sure you have the rights needed to use it. Because this content is private to you, we generally only become aware of a problem with it if it is reported to us or required by law.

4. Explore

Explore shows a curated catalog of sticker packs published by Stizone’s admin team, plus a small number of packs bundled with the app. You may browse Explore, Like packs, and add supported packs to WhatsApp. The packs available in Explore may change over time — we may add, update, or remove a pack, including one you previously Liked or added, at any time.

5. Copyright and trademark complaints

If you believe a pack published in Explore infringes your copyright or trademark, you can submit a complaint using the contact details in Section 9. We review complaints and may remove or restrict access to a pack found to infringe. To protect claimant privacy, we do not share a claimant’s identity or contact details with anyone else, and information you submit as part of a complaint is used only to review it.

6. Premium

Stizone offers one optional Premium tier with monthly and yearly subscription options. There is no launch free trial. Premium includes:

• Zero ads while Premium is active
• Private Cloud Backup & Restore for supported My Stickers content

Cloud Backup stores supported content in private storage tied to your account. Android subscriptions are purchased through Google Play Billing and iOS subscriptions through Apple In-App Purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled under the applicable store's rules. Prices and billing periods shown by the store at purchase time apply. Premium entitlement is granted by Stizone's backend only after store verification.

Manage or cancel through Google Play or the App Store. Cancellation normally stops future renewal but does not remove access already paid for before the current paid period ends, except where the store applies a refund, revocation, immediate cancellation, or another store-specific rule. Refund eligibility is decided under the relevant store's policies and applicable law.

Deleting your Stizone account or uninstalling the app does not cancel the store subscription. Cancel it separately in the store. Restore Premium checks the store and asks Stizone's server to verify an eligible subscription; it does not start a new purchase.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use Stizone in a way that violates applicable law
• Attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to Stizone’s systems or other users’ accounts
• Misuse the pack-report or copyright/trademark complaint mechanisms — for example, by filing knowingly false reports
• Reverse engineer or circumvent restrictions built into the app, except where applicable law gives you the right to do so

Misuse of the service may lead to an account-level restriction or termination, as described in Section 2.

8. Third-party services

WhatsApp, Telegram, and Apple Messages are separate messaging services with their own terms. Apple Messages support applies only on compatible Apple devices. Google Play and Apple handle subscription billing. Stizone may show advertising to confirmed Free users through Google AdMob; Premium users see zero ads. Account and private backup features are hosted on Supabase. See our Privacy Policy for details on how these services process information.

10. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how Stizone handles information, including account data, advertising, and your privacy choices. It applies alongside these Terms.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms when the app or applicable requirements change. We will post the updated Terms at https://stizone.com/terms/ and update the “Last updated” date. Continued use of the app after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
