Step by step
Sign in to the correct account
Cloud backups are account-backed. Sign in with the same Stizone account and sign-in identity that created the backup.
Choose a pack to back up
In My Stickers, open the pack action and choose Cloud Backup. Local packs remain private unless you choose this private backup action.
Keep Premium active for new backups
Stizone Premium provides zero ads and private Cloud Backup. Monthly and yearly plans are managed by the store that billed the purchase.
Restore on a supported device
Sign in, open Cloud Restore, choose the backup, and let Stizone validate and copy the supported pack into local storage.
Understand deletion and subscriptions
Deleting the Stizone account deletes cloud backup data but keeps local stickers on the device. It does not cancel a Google Play or App Store subscription.

No backups are listed
Confirm you signed in with the same account that created the backup.
Backup asks for Premium
Creating a new backup is a Premium benefit. Review the Premium screen and store status.
Restore is interrupted
Retry on a stable connection. Stizone stages and validates the pack before replacing local content.
