Diagnose a sticker that will not import, animate, or appear by checking the pack type, WebP file, dimensions, size, duration, and app state.
Step by step
Confirm the sticker really is animated WebP
Renaming a GIF or video file to .webp does not convert it. Re-export through a sticker workflow such as Stizone GIF Maker.
Check dimensions, file size, and duration
One invalid sticker can block the pack. Verify 512×512 pixels, 500 KB or less, and no more than 10 seconds.
Separate static and animated content
Move photos and other static stickers to a separate static pack.
Check the pack count
WhatsApp packs need at least three valid stickers and support up to thirty.
Refresh the installed copy
Update WhatsApp, remove the older imported pack if necessary, then add the corrected Stizone pack again.
Compatibility and limits
Troubleshooting
It imports but does not move
Confirm the source was exported as animated WebP rather than a static first frame.
The Add to WhatsApp action is missing
Use an animated pack with at least three valid stickers; do not mix it with static content.
Only the old version appears
Remove the imported copy in WhatsApp and import the corrected pack again.
